Basic Subcontractor expectations

  1. Workmanship that is second to none and follows Old Home Rescue Standards

  2. Old homes have issues, and we address them. We do not cover up or hide from the problem.

  3. Communicate unforeseen issues, rot, problems or damage to Project Manager

  4. Friendly, professional communication with Neighbor

  5. Complete work using lead safe practices

  6. Homes and work areas are left cleaner than they were found

  7. On-site by 9:00 am or have communicated changes to Project Manager

  8. You’ve completed your own walk through and punch list before invoice is submitted

  9. Possess proper insurance and licensing

  10. Love your and our Neighbor through completing high quality work.

  11. Punchlist will be communicated and must be completed within 7 business days or Old Home Rescue will schedule completion at subcontractor’s expense.

Subcontractor/Trade Partner Invoices

You are responsible to complete and keep all required paperwork up to date with Old Home Rescue prior to payment being issued. This includes having a;

  • Current copy of your general liability insurance

  • Workers’ compensation insurance or affidavit of exemption status

  • Signed subcontractor agreement

  • W-9

All forms are required and must stay updated. to submit new paperwork or update expired forms, send all items to info@oldhomerescue.com

If worker’s compensation insurance or affidavit of exemption is not supplied, ALL invoices in the fiscal year (June 30 - June 30) will be subject to the appropriate workers come close code rate.

Do not proceed to submit an invoice if you have expired/incomplete paperwork and/or your work is not completed.
